Outline planning permission has been granted to complete the new neighbourhood at Newhall, Essex. A further 2,300 homes will be developed on the ninety-five hectare site, increasing the size of the community to approximately six thousand inhabitants. Future development will also include a primary school and nursery, landscape and parkland, employment uses and a district centre to serve the everyday needs of the neighbourhood.
