Newhall has continued Harlow’s strong tradition of public sculpture with two exciting new works by artists Ekkehard Altenburger and Nick Turvey. Local dignitaries, art enthusiasts and residents were invited to an unveiling last week and residents were treated to a summer party in the square later that evening.
