The Moat Lane, Towcester, town centre regeneration project has won the RTPI East Midlands prize in the Heritage section. The study, for which studio | REAL are the master planners, was undertaken with Urban Delivery for West Northants District Council. The project has also been short-listed for the national Urban Design Group awards to be announced in February.
