We are pleased to announce that Urban Delivery, studio | REAL and amt-i have been chosen by Moving Thetford Forward to prepare a development prospectus for Thetford.
studio | REAL recently completed the Strategic Urban Design Framework for Thetford and are very pleased to continue their work in the town.
The brief is to provide a Thetford Prospectus or ’Thetford Vision’ to encourage and guide inward investment and change and promote work that has already been undertaken to the local community. It will be developed in association with the Thetford Area Action Plan and the Vision and Development Strategy produced in September 2005.
The Prospectus will consist of two strands; developing the vision and objectives, and identifying a number of deliverable development schemes. Together, these will achieve the project’s economic aims and ensure they promote and enhance the town’s distinctive historical, cultural and landscape setting.
